Apicius offers customized cooking workshops in standard and VIP formats. Lectures with tastings in food and wine topics, as well as market tours are also available. In addition, Apicius offeres group classes and a special package option.
Apicius International School of Hospitality is the first International School of Hospitality in Italy. Participants of cooking workshops will be able to enjoy the recipes they have prepared with the Chef following the activity. Select workshops are also available in a VIP format. Food and wine lectures and market tours include tastings.
VIP cooking workshops are enhanced by special amenities that differentiate the experience from the standard format. Workshop titles marked with an asterisk (*) are offered as a VIP option. Special VIP amenities include:
- 3-hour duration (rather than 2.5 hours)
