Florence University of the Arts-The American University of Florence offers a wide variety of customized lessons, walking tours, and group classes for individuals and groups of all ages and backgrounds. All options are designed to provide a fun, informative and culturally enriching experience with the chance to make an unforgettable memory of Florence.
Customized
Customized options are designed to be private to an individual or group and can be scheduled according to availability. Customized options can be for individuals, small groups and groups of up to 20 participants. Groups larger than 20 may be accommodated upon request and may be split into two different groups for activities. Select Apicius Food & Wine activities can be offered in a VIP format. An additional 20% fee per participant applies to VIP activities.
Group Lessons
Group lessons are open to individuals and groups and follow a pre-set schedule and time.
They are non-exclusive and participants can expect to attend along with others.
Special Package
Special Package refers to a full day activity that takes place outside of the city-center of Florence.
Availability
Activities can be scheduled 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. depending on availability and unless otherwise specified in the descriptions. During holiday periods, scheduling may vary. An additional 20% fee per participant applies to activities scheduled on Saturday and Sunday.

Duration
Activities are designed to last 2.5 hours, unless otherwise specified. Customized Italian language lessons and select Food and Wine lessons (including VIP options) have specific durations that are indicated in the description for these options.
Meals & Florence Meal Plan
In collaboration with the cultural associations of GANZO (student-run restaurant) and FEDORA (student-run pastry shop), FUA-AUF can provide partial meal plans to use in Florence Monday-Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, lunches and dinners with fresh and local ingredients can be reserved at GANZO for individuals and groups of varying sizes. Ganzo is the creative learning lab of Apicius and is a student-run restaurant open to the public.
