GROUP CLASSES:

Hands-on group cooking classes available on a weekly basis. Classes are taught by local professional chefs. Each class meets once a week and classes can be combined for a more intensive program. Classes are hands-on and conclude with dinner based on recipe tasting. Each participant will receive an Apicius apron. A group course on introduction to Italian wine is also offered. Please see schedule of classes below.

COMBINATION 1:

2 group cooking classes + 1 group wine appreciation class + 2 one-to-one cooking classes + 1 one-to-one wine appreciation class + 1 private gastronomic walking tour

 

COMBINATION 2:

3 group cooking classes + 1 group wine appreciation class + 2 one-to-one cooking classes + 2 one-to-one wine appreciation classes + 1 private gastronomic walking tour

The length of each program is two weeks. Programs can be repeated by adding extra weeks.
Each program includes 2 group cooking classes + 1 group wine class per week and 10 hours of private individual tutoring on the chosen thematic area.
